At its Annual Meeting in May, The Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness (CCEH) presented the Middlesex County Council of Housing & Homelessness with its Think Change Award. We were the only community to be honored "as an exceptional example of the hard work, creativity and commitment necessary to implement a Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness."

The Prevention Fund, one of the strategic priorities of the Ten Year Plan, has already been implemented and has assisted 23 individuals and families throughout Middlesex County who were at risk of becoming homeless.
