Review and monitor financial operations and investments
Recommend total agency, administration and capital budgets

INVESTMENT
- Make decisions about the allocation and investment of funds in the endowment
- Recommend income to be spent on programs
- Develop investment policy statement
- Monitor performance of investments
- Promote the endowment to attract planned gifts

- Seek out and nominate candidates for officers and directors
- Determine Community Service Award recipient
HUMAN RESOURCES
- Formulate personnel policies and benefits for Board approval
